Rights of the Patient (1996)

The purpose of the law is to define the rights of a person who seeks medical treatment or receives medical treatment and to protect his dignity and privacy.

If you have a problem or a question, you can seek advice and apply directly to the Social Services Administration or write in writing and enter the box in each department.

Law for the Protection of Minors and Invalids


There is a duty to report the suspicion of harming the helpless (emotional abuse, assault, sabotage, sexual abuse, neglect of the act or omission) to every citizen, especially professionals.

The report will be forwarded to a social worker for the protection of inmates in the welfare department or the police.
